  • Community Residences

    Providing a structured living environment for people who have completed inpatient rehabilitation services and remain in need of a structured living environment while receiving outpatient treatment services.

  • Supportive Living

    Providing transitional case management and supportive counseling in a structured, and safe environment based on each person’s individual treatment plan. Operating 122 apartments in five locations, in Syracuse and Rochester, New York.

  • Permanent Housing

    Providing permanent case management in a safe environment. Operating 159 apartments in Syracuse New York for homeless individuals. Supportive Services include case management, vocational services and referral to medical/psychological/counseling and other needed community services.
