Director Community ResidenceProviding a structured living environment for people who have completed inpatient rehabilitation services and remain in need of a structured living environment while receiving outpatient treatment services. Services provided are based on each persons individual treatment plan. We operate four OASAS licensed facilities; Harriet May Mills House for Women, 3606 James St., two properties that combine to form The Green Street Residence, and the Lincoln House Residence. Programming is centered around a healthy living environment to foster continued recovery and reconnecting with employment and family. Outpatient treatment is continued at one of Syracuse Behavioral Heathcare’s Outpatient Clinics or at other community treatment programs. The average treatment episode ranges from 5-6 months. Supportive LivingProviding transitional case management and supportive counseling in a structured, and safe environment based on each persons individual treatment plan. Operating 81 apartments in three separate locations, in Syracuse, New York. Programming includes individual counseling, community meetings, and vocational services. The average length of stay ranges from 6-9 months. Residents typically are receiving outpatient treatment services during their stay. A food pantry is operated for the benefit of program participants. Residents continue outpatient treatment at one of Syracuse Behavioral Healthcare’s two Outpatient Clinics or at other Contact Information: Permanent HousingProviding permanent case management in a safe environment. Operating 56 apartments in Syracuse New York for homeless individuals. Supportive Services include case management, vocational services and referral to medical/psychological/counseling and other needed community services.
