Syracuse Behavioral Healthcare’s mobile health program, Center of Treatment Innovation (COTI), provides outreach and mobile services to approximately 2,100 individuals living in Central New York who are struggling with an addiction to heroin and other opioids. With a multi-disciplinary team of counselors and peers, this initiative allows us to go into the community across Onondaga, Cayuga, Madison and Oswego counties to assess the needs of individuals and engage them into the appropriate level of treatment.
